Pending Tasks

(Same as selecting the profile icon on the home page and selecting Pending Tasks) Opens a window with two tabs. The Inbox tab lists the tasks that have been assigned to you. You can:

• Accept the work task
• Mark the work task Complete
• Forward the task to another person
• Reject the task

The Available tasks tab displays a list of tasks that need to be completed. You can either assign it to yourself or forward it to someone else.

Task Administration

(Only available if you have task administrator permission) Opens a window with two tabs. The All tasks tab allows you to assign tasks to the proper person.

The Rejected tasks tab allows you to reassign a task that was rejected by its previous assignee.
